Built in the mid 1980s, Quarterpath Village is a combination of townhomes and stand-alone single family homes. The Quarterpath Village Homeowners Association manages landscaping, painting and the common areas including the driveways, parking pads, and gazebos.
If you have questions about what is your responsibility verses that of the HOA, please don’t hesitate to ask.
